Pros: Keeps wrist in "neutral" position, comes in different sizes Cons: Right-handed model only, does not solve RSI, causes profuse sweating in hand

Pros: Seems to have worked for me over about two years. Cons: Initially difficult to use; tricky to adjust the pointer movement; less accurate than conventional mice.
