To me this is a very good motherboard. I'm using a AMD Athlon XP 1700+ and the board runs it at about 1.47 GHz with a normal safe configuration. The manual tells you in depth how to physically hook it up but tells you nothing about the BIOS. I found this to be rather annoying but with the GeForce4 MX OnBoard Video i wasn't ready to complain. I'm not a hard core gamer the most in depth gaming that I do is Sim City 4. So all in all its a great bang for the buck.
