Pros: Free phone Cons: Extremely poor coverage, dropped calls and outrageously poor customer service.
I was with Voicestream for about a year in Tucson, AZ. The service was average relative to previous experiences with Sprint and Qwest. I moved to Fountain Hills/Scottsdale, AZ. with nothing but problems from Voicestream. I am unable to receive a signal...

Pros: We did get two free phones. Cons: POOR signals; Terrible customer service; High cancellation fees; POOR website, hard to use.
My husband and I signed up for T-mobile early this year. We then asked our friends and relatives to sign up as well so that we can talk to each other for free. I now deeply regret becoming a customer of a company with such terrible customer service. We ...

Pros: GREAT PHONE Cons: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DECEPTIVE SELLING PRACTICES
Just a few days ago I purchased a T-Mobile "to go" (prepaid service) from a T-Mobile wholly owned outlet at my local mall. I needed the phone for a very specific purpose - to access a subscription internet database while away from home or the office. I ...

Pros: Coverage/Quality/Customer Care. Cons: (1) Can't provide a Treo 650
We moved to T-Mobile over a year ago. Soon after porting one phone, we moved them all over. Their customer service is tops. When you call them, they answer (after a computer greets and routes you). Once you talk to a human, they take responsibility to ...

Pros: Great promos to lure you in
Family plans and mobile to mobile network Cons: Unethical practices in renewing contracts. Customer Service is a nightmare. Expect delays and many transfers.
I have been a TMobile customer for 18 months. Have experienced technical issues but no major complaints about the service itself. Customer Service has been an absolute nightmare. I have a family plan and recently added a 4th line to my service. ...

Pros: Sounds good when you're buying it Cons: Poor connections, service reps unable and unwilling to help, overcharges on bills
After reviewing all services available, all costs, all phones, all plans - I chose T-Mobile (voice-stream) because of the great prices of plans and the cool phone. Well, my first bill was almost $150 instead of the $40 it is supposed to be. Somehow, the...

Supervisor should be FIRED
by vikaslulla ,Apr 03 '06
Pros: You get connected to technical support Cons: Technical support doesn't do anything to resolve the issue
there is something wrong with my service. Whenever people try to call me for the most part they have been getting a msg "all circuits are busy". i have been calling customer service and they put a request to technical support but there has been no response from them either. today when i was having the same problem, i called customer support hoping to resolve the issue with my service but i received the same answer from a representative (we need to put a request for technical support) i asked to speak to a supervisor. when i explained my problem to the supervisor, she cut me, raised her voice and was extremely rude to me. when i asked her not yell at me, she said "I GAVE YOU A CHANCE TO SPEAK, NOW IT IS MY TURN. When i told her that she cannot yell at me like this, she said "HAVE A NICE DAY" and hung up the phone. I have never ever experienced such behavior from customer service dept.

T mobile has a very bad service
by zazi ,Dec 29 '06
Pros: there is no pros Cons: It is a horrible company
I have T-mobile and there is a very bad coverage where I just moved. There is no signal in the house and they are asking me to pay termination fee when I cancel the contract. They are not helpful and so mean. Their customer service is very bad. I never had a horrible company like T mobile. I will never ever use TMobile again.
