Great processor speed, 512MB of RAM and very portable.
After two years the connector to the Power Adapter became loose and eventually fell off. Unfortunately to replace the motherboard, it would have cost the same as a new computer.
The computer only last two years. For that, I'll give it 2 out 5.

Pros: Less noise from fan, XP pro , screen has good resolution. Cons: Average keyboard (too light)..
I bought this laptop after a lot of thinking and discussions. I will review the main aspects of this laptop. The Athlon XP processor is better than the P4 as the fan does on go on all the time. The p4 is a desktop processor and it heats up quickly causing the fan to switch on most of time, making some noise. The price is awesome with lots of rebates (bestbuy). USB floppy drive comes for free after a rebate.
The keyboard has some problems. It is too light. Unless you hit some keys hard they are not going to show up....
