Pros: Great Quality, Fast Printing, Never Disappointed. Cons: None.
This printer is amazing. I own 3 printers and this is by far my favorite. The quality is great. I use a 4MP Nikon Digital camera, which are where my pictures are taken from. I do use the highest setting to ensure that I am getting the best ...

The 320 is a super picture printer
by hestand ,Oct 20 '05
Pros: Great color, pictures, resolution...couldn't be better for a color printer. Comparable to laser quality Cons: The ink is expensive, don't use as a text printer unless you need high quality.
I bought one of these and was pleasantly rewarded with high quality picture with a camera that wasn't up to date. So, needless the say I'm impressed. The resolution is great.
For quality picture printing this one can't be beat.
It is fast, reliable and a great little printer for photos and color events.
However, on the downside, if you want to call it that, moneywise this isn't the printer for black and white text, for although it prints lovely black and white text, it cost in ink, so if you are looking for economy, I suggest a small hp or epson to do this job.
Either way, this is a great little printer.

CD printing - Forget it!
by abuyer ,Jun 17 '05
Pros: The box is attractive and the advertising copy great. Cons: Printing direct to cd is not precise, is messy and produces a funky homemade result.
I bought this as a second printer primarily for use in printing lables directly onto CDs. This function is provided through the use of a plastic tray that you place the CD in and run through the printer. I could NEVER get the art work to center on the CD. The prints come out skewed and off-center. Calibration didn't help. The overprint causes ink to get all over your rollers and make a mess. Might be OK if you were simply printing a few words that you could center. Very disappointed!!!
I have not tried it on photos yet and maybe it does that great but if you making your choice based on this feature. Forget it!!!

by jwill7777777 ,Jun 09 '05
Pros: Great Picture, Many Card Slots, Fits all Paper sixes, Printable disk compatible. Cons: Small LCD Screen, Need to frequently replace ink cartridges
This is a good printer. Photo quality is amazing, especially with glossy photo paper. Ink is also cheap. Has a nice LCD screen to view pictures from an attached camera or card. Supports CF, xD, and SD cards. You can also attach the actual camera via USB. Supports PhotoBridge Technology. Also Prints on Printable CDs and has software to design them.

Nothing but trouble
by dsutter ,Jul 15 '05
Pros: Prints & cd's/dvd's look great Cons: Shuts off in the middle of printing and doesn't recover the print job.
Prints looks great, cds/dvd's look great too. The trouble is the printer shuts off in the middle of printing. Wasted photo paper, in-laws wedding invites, double-printed dvd's. It won't even print a test page now. Changed pplugs/cables with no luck. Maybe just a lemon? Epson says they'll replace it, so we'll see (I'm currently on hold for 25 minutes).

Photo Printer R320
by iwinagin ,May 05 '05
Pros: It prints beautiful border free prints as good as the pro shop. Cons: NONE
I haven't had this printer very long. But so far I like it very much. I was surprised by the quality of the images. They seem to be as good as the images I get back from my pro shop. I am very happy I decided to purchase this printer.

Epson Stylus R320 Photo Printer
by bjrp ,Feb 10 '05
Pros: Quality, color, ease of use Cons: LCD screen could be a little larger
I've had this printer for about two weeks now and I LOVE IT! I've owned two previous Epson Printers; the C80 and the C82 which were both great but I wore them out pretty quickly (I print a lot more than the average person). When my C82 died I wanted to get a photo printer that would accept the compact flash from my camera. Since I already knew the quality of an Epson printer that's the brand I wanted to purchase again. I can honestly say I am not disapointed. The colors are WONDERFUL, getting images off the compact flash from my camera is a snap and I couldn't be more pleased. The printer is a little slow but the quality makes up for the speed. I should also mention that this printer can use a USB2.0 connection but I have it hooked up the USB 1.1 on my computer and that could account for the slight decline in speed. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a high quality photo printer.
