Details: Long a favorite line of many anglers, this is the most versatile floating line in the Silver Label line series. Hy-Flote Extra features many of the same characteristics of our top-selling Wonderlines. This economical line is characterized by its easy line pick-up, smooth casts, and minimal drag when fishing dry flies. The extra-long head section makes line mends easier when on the water. The benefit of a long, weight-forward head section is increased casting distance, a result of the line's tendency to efficiently load the rod and maximize its power.
