this product is unethically marketed. my poor fourteen year old daughter wasted her allowance on this, and gave up using it after months of unsatisfactory results. she mentioned it was time consuming and painful. everyone noticed the unflattering marks on her face. it went in the trash today. i sincerely hope this unbiased review helps someone.

Cons: Need to get used to it and keep skin wet

I own a beauty school. Our facial students normally use professional skin vacuum devices, but have tested this device. If the skin is kept damp and you use it properly...working upward and outward, sliding along damp skin...it is excellent. Many of the students are buying these. If you're having trouble, try using it in the shower.
