Pros: It did scan nicely.
Cons: The machine is no longer useful, since it can no longer feed paper.

Also purchased through Costco...

I was able to get it to scan, and though the thing was quite slow compared to what I've been used to it was working quite well for a couple of months.

My demands for copying and printing aren't all that great, but now (after about 4 months of relatively light use) the printer will simply no longer feed paper. Every single page jams. Working with product support has taken time, but has not resulted in any joy.

I'm going to have to buy a new product. It will certainly not be anything remotely resembling this one!

Pros: Great copier, terrific printer, wonderful media card reader!
Cons: Never got the scanner to work

Got a great deal on this through Costco, but despite literally hours working with the online live chat technical help with HP we could never get the darn thing to scan. Very frustrating because I love everything else about it. Don't know if the software is bad or if I just got a bum unit but my husband who has worked in the computer and software industry for 18 years tried everything in his arsenal of knowledge but it was a no go. If I didnīt need a scanner I would keep it because of itīs other features.
