Pros: Price, LCD, Fax Capabilities, Average to Above Average Photo Printing. Cons: Color Vibrancy is a little duller than competition.
I'm always a sucker for newer models of stuff I own (my long history of frequently updating my Palm PDAs and printers every few months)... the PSC 2410 is no exception. A model that does everything my older PSC 2210 model does and with a full color LCD ...
Pros: Excellent photo quality printing, superb scanning and copying, fax capabilities. Great software. Cons: Setup was difficult with wireless network. No USB cable supplied.
I've Been Waiting Too Long I have been waiting for nearly three years to purchase an all-in-one multifunction device. My wish list included flatbed scanning, color and black and white copying, color printing, and photo quality prints. My needs ...
Pros: Print Quality; Ease of use; LCD screen; Customer Support Cons: Ink costs (but that's HP!)
Background: (feel free to ignore if you wish, but it may let you know where I'm coming from) Okay, let me be straight from the start. I am a home user of this. I don't run a business, I don't have a abnormally high throughput, and I very rarely fax ...
Pros: Display screen, copy, fax, scanner, printer, color of system, easy to understand menu. Cons: Expensive ink cartridges, no 4x6 photo tray, paper jams.
I have to tell you I had major problems with this printer to begin with. I had received this printer as a Christmas gift and couldn't wait to get rid of my current printer and scanner that had failed. I set it up the next day and to my surprise ...

My Family Loves this Machine by swhitley01 ,Apr 10 '04
Pros: Good HP photo management software included. All functions have worked flawlessly. Cons: LCD screen is a nice idea, but we haven't found it that useful.
We bought this as a home machine, but I never expected to use the "copy" feature this much. Taxes, homework, art projects; we are constantly finding new uses for this machine. The scanning, printing, and faxing capabilities have all been great. We were surprised at how good our pictures looked on photo paper.
Pros: Fast good quality prints lots of extra crap to play with looks sexy Cons: no up front USB just go out and buy a memory card
I shopped around for quite a while before I decided to go ahead and get this particular model. I am a photo-enthusiast and was looking for a good photo quality machine. I have read the other reviews and if you use the hp premium super glossy photo papers (about 15 sheets come with the machine) and used photo- or best mode you will get an outstanding photograph. Sure ink is a killer but Im rich and dont care about that. For the poorer people out there they can check out websites on line that sell cheap ink. The psc is a bastard to install. Im warning everyone: You have to follow the instructions on the poster EXACTLY or it will not find your device when it searches for it. To sum it all up, i recommemd this machine, tis a nice one.
You get what you pay for -- and that's a good thing! by tularoo ,May 04 '04
Pros: Excellent print quality, fast printing, good quality scanning. Reasonable HP software included. Cons: Ink and photo paper expensive. Does NOT come with a USB cable.
After much deliberation, we decided to upgrade our trusty Photosmart 1115 with this PSC 2410 print/scan/fax/copy/wafflemaker multifunction unit. We print a lot of digital pictures, and wanted the additional capacity of a scanner. I have a PSC 950 at work and have been happy with it, so after much price shopping and feature comparisons, took the plunge.
The printer was easy to set up (I'm on Windows XP, so really, everything is easy to set up...), prints good quality text, and absolutely amazing pictures on HP Premium Plus Photo paper. I was also impressed by the different quality options (high, normal, draft, fast draft), and the sheer speed of printing (note: photo printing is NOT fast, but worth the wait).
I have not hooked up the fax yet, so I can't comment on that.
The scanner works very well (we are importing from Adobe Acrobat) and is super fast. Now I want this unit at work, too!
Pros: Speed, Quality of prints, Ease of use, Quality of design and materials. Cons: No USB 2.0 Cable included
Prints, scans, copies, and faxes- fast. This printer has the most to offer for the money. The prints are fast, B/W less than 10 seconds, color (highest quality) 1 minute 30 seconds. Lower quality setting prints much faster. The setup is easy to use and offers lots of options.
If the price is right for you your search is over, you can buy this product with confidence. I have never written a review but I had to for this product.
Finding the HP "All In One 2410" printer to be a nightmare...... by bayfinder ,Oct 10 '05
Pros: Having all the capabilities to copy, fax, print and scan from home. Cons: Not reliable and appears to be a poorly manufactured piece of equipment.
I purchased my All In One 2410 printer about a year ago. It is now no longer under the warranty and recently I have discovered a slight problem. It keeps telling me that there is a paper jam!! Can anyone contact me if they are having this same problem. Boy you won't believe what I have found out.
I ADORE this multifunction machine! by beausonge ,Dec 29 '03
Pros: Easy to use multi-function machine of high quality. Cons: I can't think of any.
I needed a machine that does it all and this one does it all! It even has slots to process your digital camera memory cards - how cool is that?
I have not used the color photo feature but, everything else I have been very pleased with. I felt the price was very reasonable for all the features it has. It is also very easy to run.
Check out the PSC2410xi version by CrocHntr ,Jun 11 '04
Pros: The PSC2410xi version DOES include a USB Cable and is cheaper than the regular PSC2410. Cons: The xi version holds 20 less speed dials and 20 less pages of fax memory
I just went through the ordeal of "bargain" shopping for the PSC2410 at Best Buy, OfficeMax, and Circuit City. They all seemed to be $299, so I pulled the trigger at Circuit City and also bought a $25 USB cable to go with it (since they are not included).
Well, on a whim, we took a look at BJ's and they have a slightly modified version called the PSC2410xi. It retails for only $265 and INCLUDES the USB cable. Now, the only difference is that the xi version only holds 40 speed dials and 60 pages of fax memory verses the 60 speed dials and 80 pages of fax memory on the regular 2410.
Personally, this wasn't even an issue to me. So instead of paying $325 ($299 $25 USB Cable), I walked away with paying $265 total.
I haven't even taken it out of the box yet, so I don't have any comments on performance so far. But I thought I would point out the slight variation in model and the benefits of each while it was fresh on my mind.
Hard Krome Slash-Cut Staggered Duals Exhaust System Visually stunning in looks and performance; a combination of classic beauty and cutting edge. Doublewall technology. Feature large 2.5n++ diameter dou...
