We have made a confirmed reservation for three nights from 12/27/04 until 12/30/04 for a double non-smoking room with two single beds. When we arrived at 03:00 AM on 12/28/04 at the Novotel they confirmed that we have a reservation for two single beds but unfortunately there were not any left. So they suggested that we take for the first night a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. So we went to the first room and had to realize that they gave us a smoking room. We went back to the reception to complain. So they gave us another room, this time actually a non-smoking room (still with a double-bed and a sofa bed). We went into the bathroom and saw that there were hair in the shower, in the sink and on the wall. So we went back to the reception once again for another room. In the new room we found once again hair in the bathroom. Too tired to go back to the reception again we just went to bed. The next day, after a conversation with the hotel manager, we finally got the room we had originally booked.
