  • Great cleaning without a chemical headache!

    Jul 30 '07
    Pros: Non-toxic, eco-friendly, pleasingly scented all-purpose cleaner.
Cons: A larger size or refill size would be nice.

Summary: Simply put: You couldn't pay me to go back to using most of the commercial cleansers I used to use now that I've tried Method. I have three sons, a husband and a cadre of friends and family in and out of my house so much I ought to put in a revolving ... read more

Pros: Non-toxic, biodegradable, natural, animal cruelty free, powerful, great smell.
Cons: no refill bottles yet, left streaks on glass.

Summary: ...i'm talking about the wacky little prose they write on the back of their product labels. I found Method products at my local Target when I went bulk buying cleaning products to clean a house I had just bought - and boy did it need cleaning!!!!! ... read more

  • Method All Purpose Cleaner, Pink Grapefruit - Smells Nice, But Ineffective

    Dec 03 '05
Pros: Attractive bottle, nice smell, inexpensive
Cons: Only a light, light cleaner

Summary: We had been curious about trying out a few Method cleaners - we had first saw them while shopping at Target, and also saw them in the homes of my parents and my brother and sister in law. My sister in law is very involved in using products that contain ... read more

    Aug 13 '05
Pros: earth and animal-friendly, light pleasant scent, easy on your lungs
    Cons: requires extra cleaning effort

Summary: I tried this one after adopting a parrot and being disgusted at learning that the only possible cleaning products I could use were: vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice. I did massive research and learned that my beloved Simple Green was safe but ... read more

  • Great Cleaner

    Jul 12 '10
    Pros: Effective cleaner
    Smells good
    Economical
    Cons: None

Summary: This is the best stuff ever to cut through grease and baked on messes.  I clean my glass/ceramic stove top with this and it cuts through the grease without effort, better than any other cleaner (and I've tried so many).  For baked on messes

  • Help save the environment and it works!

    Sep 04 '07
Pros: smells great, non toxic, and they do their job
Cons: I really haven't found any. It is a little pricier but not too bad.

Summary: I've read a few reviews about method cleaning products being for light cleaning only. I totally disagree and have yet to experience this problem using these products. It may just be that many people in today's western culture expect everything they use

  • Awesome Cleaner

    Mar 16 '06
    Pros: Affordable, non-toxic, cruelty-free
    Cons: None so far

Summary: I've recently begun a search for cruelty-free products... in this quest I've discovered that virtually ever household cleaning product manufacturer tests on animals. I've also learned they fill their products with toxic chemicals. After scouring my local

  • Not just a pretty face

    Oct 01 '04
Pros: Attractive packaging, lovely aroma, excellent all-purpose cleaning
Cons: Haven't found economical refills for the spray bottles

Summary: Not only is this product beautiful on your counter, it really works. The aroma is light and fresh, it lingers - but not too long - and the cleaning power is quite good. We've used this on counters, to clean the refrigerator and even on the wood
