Pros: Easy to use, keeps things hot or cold for hours, one year warranty, sturdy.
Cons: Requires preheating or prechilling for best results, not dishwasher safe.

Pros: Easy use, keeps coffee hot, pumps with ease, swivels side to side,easy to clean.
Cons: Can't think of one!
Summary: I recently used this pump pot at my annual holiday gathering. I followed the instructions by putting hot water in first to "heat up the pot". then I put the coffee in at 12:45pm, at 8:30 pm I had a cup of coffee which was piping hot and fresh!! I could
