Pros: Would probably work great for old hardwood floors that need a pick me up.
Cons: Ruins new floors. This product is not meant for the new floors.

Pros: Excellent exercise routine for the upper body attempting to remove the buildup of old wax.
Cons: Leaves a massive buildup of residue that dulls the floors. Removal is a real task.
