Cons: only lasted 24 hours.

My family bought this light for our dim kitchen; We thought the ott light would be a great choice because I have the desk version I love and still use. However this floor version which uses a larger bulb, quit working after one day of light use. We immediately returned it and tried another one. Same thing happened. After the third one, we gave up and just got our money back. No way to know weather it was a bulb problem or a lamp problem, because we weren't about to go out and buy one of those special bulbs that cost an arm and a leg to find out.
Stay away, it's not worth the frustration.
