Pros: Great value, well-made, easy-to-use, durable.
Cons: No headset jack cover. Call Tones are grating.

Review of Digitally Unique

Pros: The unit works as described
Cons: Digitally Unique is questionably reputable
The Midland Radio works as described.Unfortunately one of the battery packs was defective and Digitally Unique would not exchange the battery pack without me sending the entire unit back at my expense.I ordered a new pack from Midland which cost me $39.00 plus shipping.I would not deal with Digitally Unique again.

Save your money very poor experience with this product no obstructions, fresh batteries, set on high power could see the person and still could not communicate Very Poor.
