Pros: Mindless configuration, usually works right out of the box, VPN and NAT support.
Cons: If it doesn't just work out-of-the-box with your ISP, you may need a geek.

Pros: Once properly configured, does not drop VPN connection. Reboots fast.
Cons: Proper configuration takes HOURS.
