Pros: Price is decent but customer service is awful
    Cons: Customer Service Is Difficult

Summary: I purchased this product for a small business network and for a while it ran great. Recently it has been crashing and trying to use their support system is a joke. They need to take some lessons from Linksys. Calling support is worse. I have purchased

Pros: Mindless configuration, usually works right out of the box, VPN and NAT support.
Cons: If it doesn't just work out-of-the-box with your ISP, you may need a geek.

Pros: Resets rapidly. Easy to configure. Good context based help.
Cons: Setup wizard failed to detect my connection type. You can't change the admin userid.

Summary: Double plus good! I replaced my old firewall/router about two months ago - with another product and hated it. 60 days of frustration later - I found the NetGear FSV318 and it is was a great relief to find an all round VPN & routing solution that was
