I was looking for a good pair of beginner binos at a budget price. I wanted 8x40 to keep the size down. The store I went to had many binos to choose from. I stood for about 20 minutes trying one pair after another. These binos really are amazing for the price and the picture is so clear with excellent depth of field. Highly recommended.
