My experience was wonderful. You get free shipping if you spend $45 and they take manufacturer coupons if you mail them in. They are about 1/2 a cent cheaper per diaper than Wal-Mart, and there is the added convenience of having the diapers delivered to your door. This alone makes it worth it. As long as you remember to order the diapers before you are completely out, it is a great way to get your supply your diapers.

I have been buying my diapers at Amazon, but they have raised prices again. The Pampers Cruisers are now almost $40. I was complaining to a friend who then told me about 1-800-Diapers.com. She said that the diapers were only 37.99 for the extra large box of Cruisers and she said that she received the package in 3 days with free shipping. It sounded to good to be true especially since it sometimes took 2 weeks to get my product from Amazon. I have to say that I was skeptical. I thought that she probably had something wrong, but I did try it and was shocked. I would definitely shop here again - customer service is GREAT and you can actually reach a rep and don't have to speak to someone in another country (something that is rare these days).

Some of the cans (ready made formula) arrived dented. I was upset because now I thought this was going to be an inconvenience instead of a convenient way to shop.

I contacted customer service and I thought I was going to have to send them back, but they immediately offered me a replacement and the representative I spoke to was so nice and so apologetic.
