ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I ordered a chandelier from One Stop Lighting on 4-3-07. My credit card was charged on that date and I was told that the chandelier would be shipped on 5-14-2007. On 4-20-07, 17 days later, I was told that the chandelier was not available. I called the manufacturer directly and was informed that the merchandise was scheduled for shipment on the promised date of 5-14-07. One Stop Lighting refused to sell the merchandise to me for the advertised price that they charged to my credit card and cancelled my order. I am referring them to the BBB and the attorney general of California for false advertisement and failure to fulfill their contractual agreement.

Excellent buying experience!
I want to thank everyone at 1STOPlighting for their wonderful customer service and expert product knowledge. The lighting fixture I ordered arrived quickly and exactly as described.
After my dog knocked one of the glass shades off of the table while I was installing the fixture, I was able to get a replacement sent after only one quick call to 1STOPlighting. They sent the right part and it arrived as quickly as the original order.
I will be purchasing more products from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Competitive prices, good selection, lack of communication on order

Regarding delivery speed: I received part of my order in a timely matter. The other part I have yet to receive, which brings up a customer service issue: I would appreciate better communication with order status. My order (originated 6/8/05) was supposed to ship 6/20/05. I had still not received it or any kind of communication regarding its status by 7/5/05, so I requested an update. I received an update (the next day-good) stating it would most likely ship 7/11/05. So, I will probably receive it about 6 weeks after the original order date...kind of a bummer, since online it says 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Regarding order accuracy: I can speak for the first part of my order - it was accurate. I have yet to determine the accuracy of the part not received.
Overall, I liked the competitive prices and selection, but was disappointed with communication and delivery speed.

The prices are fantastic. They were half the price of the designer store where we first found the lamps. The items were easy to track and arrived on time. When they arrived, one lamp had a damaged shade. We called customer service and they immediately shipped out a replacement. We also order two sconces. The package had the wrong installation brackets - No fault of 1STOPlighting. I called and they were able to have the company ship out what I needed.

Easy to buy via the website. Difficult to obtain tracking information. They confirmed tracking number two hours after it was delivered. There was a one day holiday between the day I ordered and a week later. Can't fault them too much--it showed up pretty quickly. Overall, a fine transaction with free shipping, no tax, exactly what I wanted, and prompt delivery. I'd trust these guys again and recommend them highly.

The online store was great. 1Stop had the best price to offer. The ceiling fan arrived to the house in excellent condition.
As a side note, 1Stop emailed me to state that the ceiling fan would not be delivered by the designated time. Therefore, the company voluntarily discounted the ceiling fan's price. In fact, the fan still arrived on time. I can't complain about that!

1STOPlighting had the best competitive prices of the several sites I visited on-line.I especially found their website to be the easiest to maneuver. I received my order much sooner than expected and everything was just as I ordered. I had some trouble submitting my order on-line (a computer glitch) so I called customer service and they were able to complete my order over the phone. I would order from them again, and I have recommended them to family.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and sooner than I expected. My only disappointment was with an email enquiry before purchasing, I asked if I needed 2 canopies for the pendants I was told no, I received the order and now it is obivious that I do need the canopies. I now have to place another order and it will not meet the free shipping limit.

I tried to order a glass shade for a lamp, and the shade from Cal BO-783 looked like it would work. I wrote to ask the dimensions and got a reply very quickly. I was excited because I had been searching for this item for a long time, and the measurements matched my lamp. I ordered it, and waited for availability to be checked, then got a shipping date. Two days later, I got a phone call to say that the item is discontinued and out of stock (so WHY did the tracking system say 'AVAILABLE, will be shipped on --'?) A huge disappointment, especially since I have various ceiling fixtures that match this lamp.
