The boxes containing the cartridges were open and spilling out. We contacted the company and were told that we would be issued a refund, BUT we had to ship them back at our cost. I could accept this if it were our mistake, but they should have packed the product better or accept the consequences of broken cartridges. I will never buy from them again. Read more
