horrible customer service, the UNBOXED perfume came in a beat up condition and when i called to return it, they refused to take it back and asked for a restocking fee even though it clearly states on the website that there is a full refund on items!!!!!

I ordered Jean-Louis Scherrer Eau de Perfume. They sent me Jean-Louis Scherrer Eau de Toilette. Tried to communicate via e-mail. No response. This is my first and the only buying experience with this company. Would never buy again. Poor communication, bad service.

It was great because they had the products I wanted and even had more. I will will defintly do my shopping here again!

I ordered and payed for overnight shipping to get an item here on time for Christmas. When I received my order it was a smaller bottle then what I payed for. I am not able to contact customer service via phone and am still waiting for a response to my email. I am very upset that I payed $40 for overnight shipping and did not receive the right item. Not to mention I payed $35 more for the larger size bottle. So right now I am out $75 because they sent me the wrong thing. I will not plan on shopping with this company again if they do not come up with a satisfactory solution and I receive some type of reimbursement!

I received my order today. I am very pleased. I have had problems finding this fragrance (Jil Sander III). All the other on-line perfume dealers list it as out of stock.
I am a happy camper.

Excellent site - wonderful variety of choices and extraordinary prices. Extremely expedient delivery. I always shop there when I need my favorite cologne. I also recommend it to everyone I know.

I was excited to find this store because it seemed to have a great selection of perfume brands and sizes (assuming they're all in stock) AND the prices were good. It's too bad they were such a disappointment. I placed an order for perfume Dec 14 at 6AM and wasn't told until Dec 19 that the order wouldn't be shipped out because my billing address didn't match the delivery address. This left me in a bit of a bind because it was too late to get something sent to Canada from another online retailer. If they'd told me this immediately I would have gladly paid again with a different credit card but they didn't give me this option. Email communications were very unprofessional and lacked basic punctuation (not a crime but from a business it gives the impression of not giving a sh*t). I did almost all of my Christmas shopping online this year and most of the sellers were great but 1st Perfumes was by far the worst. Hopefully my credit card wasn't charged for this... can't wait to get my statement.

Had ever horrible experience. Wrong items with less price were sent. No customer support, even do not pick up the phone. Will file dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE DO NOT BUY!!!

An item Krizia Uomo has been appearing on this site and indicating as in stock but during the ordering process in its final stage the stock situation changes to Zero. This has been the case for a while, surely if an item is not available and not likely to become available why advertise and offer it for sale??

My order arrived sooner than I expected with 'regular' shipping (3 days)! Ist Perfume had exactly what I wanted at the best price on the web. This was my second order from them; both equally excellent experiences. I'll order here again.

They sent me a damaged product. They didn't answer my calls and I had to send several e-mails to get a bad response.

I used this merchant twice for Christmas gifts. The first order arrived quickly and the item was as advertised. The second order was out of stock by the time they began processing - the merchant contacted me via email and my $ was refunded within 3 days.

Overall, I think 1st perfume has GREAT prices, and their products and shipping are what you would hope for in a discount retailer. Having a phone number would help this merchant, however - but paying someone to do this would probably raise their prices. If you want to deal with this merchant, you should be comfortable with email - they are honest and reputable, however.

The product was easy to find and purchase. The delivery was quick and it was in good condition, I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

Wow! 1st perfume is really good. I was totally satisfied. They gave me exactly what I ordered and the delivery was so quick. If you have any problems or doubts their custom service is there on call. If you don't believe me check it out for yourself
