I'm satisfied with the service I received. I wish it had arrived a little sooner (less than two days) but it arrived on time.

I purchased a mens cologne from them but was notified that it was damaged in transit and discarded. They told me to contact UPS and file a claim but UPS says the shipper has to file the claim. It is now more than two weeks and they still have not sent me a replacement or a refund. THEY DO
NOT PROVIDE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. INSTEAD, THEY HIDE
BEHIND THEIR EMAIL! At this time, I am contacting
my credit company to recover my paid purchase price. DO

extremely bad customer service.Spoke with Steve @1stperfume.com.Informed him that when I received my perfume that it was broken and had to be thrown away.He then stated there is nothing he could do about it.And that it was my problem.Will never shop there again.No wonder why they do things on a small scale and can't compete with competitors,simply because of horrible customer service and bad attitudes.

Didn't have product I wanted. Tried to sell me another. Got abusive when I said I didn't want it. Bad-mouthed other vendors. I didn't purchase from them and I won't.

No communication, nobody speaks English in so called "wholesale".
Basically the phones are fiction.
The merchandise finally arrived but one looks used, another is so unstable and fades away in 15 min that I do think he sells knockoffs or counterfeit.
FTC anybody?

I made a gift purchase and was sent a wrong item( 2 0f 3 were OK). I asked them to send the item ordered ASAP. I even told them they could charge again and refund upon return of wrong product. They failed to address my concern. Their reply: "We request you to please return the merchandise to us by UPS. It should not cost you more than $6. Please include a note detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction and indicate whether you wish a refund or a new item. We will examine the item."

I sent another email with pictures of the wrong item they sent and another request to expedite to correct--

I've heard nothing. The anniversary has passed and here I am writing a negative review. Another Fly-by-E business?

I ordered 4 bottles of perfume and only received 3 bottles when the package arrived. They charged my credit card for 4 bottles. I have left messages on answering machines and emails and have had NO response. I want my credit card credited for the bottle that did not get shipped but I'm not sure that can ever happen if they don't respond their customers.

I will NEVER shop here again and I would caution others not to shop here.

I ordered lolita lempicka midnight from this store, it's been over three weeks, and I still have not received my order. I already found it strange that I never received a confirmation e-mail EVER, and the $45.90 had been taken from my checking account. Either they are very very slow, or it's a complete rip-off. I will not shop here again, and suggest that you not waste your time.

I have purchased perfume for the second time from 1stperfume.com. Each time it was easy to order and the merchandise was received in a timely manner. I especially like the fact that they ship for free and they offer to gift wrap and include a gift.

Don't waste your time and money! The company never sent my package, never answered the phone when I called for status or answered my emails requesting status BUT....they were very quick to charge my card and take my MONEY!!

They continue to use my photograph (which they stole and copied from my eBay listing in 2006) for the Cristalle Perfume Chanel 5.0 Oz Bath Powder. Thiefs and Lairs.

1stperfume is the only online store (I tried 15 different stores) that had the item I wanted and it was totally by far the best price! What a fantastic bargain!!
