Fast delivery; large selection of both inkjet and toner cartridges; least expensive place to buy ink; most of their cartridges are remanufactured (recycled!) which is great.

My Xerox toner cartridge is $130 at office retail stores. At 4inkjets, it was only $50!

I placed an on line order with 4InkJets and I received my order within 3 days of ordering. The 3 InkJets arrived well packaged and they were the correct cartridges.

I will shop with this merchant again, there is nothing better than easy ordering, quick shipping and especially receiving the correct product undamaged.

I ordered their bulk Canon kit and am very SATISFIED. I made the order on Sunday night and received it on Wednesday. So far I have only used only one black cartridge and it is working fine. I cannot see buying from anyone else even though I have found even cheaper ink, the reviews I have found on those sites were quite negative unlike 4inkjets.

The bulk prices are so cheap that I will probably stop going through the trouble of refilling the cartridges.

I ordered a re-manufactured DR-250 Brother laser drum. It was defective. When I called their customer service they refused to ship out a replacement priority without charging me. So much for their customer satisfaction guarantee. This is the last time I will use this company.

How can this guys be in Business. Worst experience ever on customer support. I had to go to another store that really satisfied my needs.

I bought a number of cartridges for my Epson NX300 as they offered a deal on 3 of each color and (I think) 5 black.  They all came quickly and I inserted them in the machine and initially they worked well.  The colors were fine, and they had no tendency to require frequent cleaning.
However, after about 2 months, the printer wouldn't print and I would get messages that it didn't recognize the cartridges.  I called 4inkjets and they said to remove and reinstall the cartridges that were not recognized.  I ended up having to remove and reinstall many of them for 50 or 60 times over the next month or so. Each time that the printer would again print, it would first have to "charge the system" consuming a lot of ink.  I tried putting in new 4inkjets cartridges with new "holders" as well as reinstalling the offending ones repeatedly.  I finally gave up and bought Epson cartridges.  The printer now works fine!  I have about 10 cartridges remaining that my machine probably won't accept.

Delivery speed and order accuracy were fine. Customer service was ok, but not very friendly. The product was absolutely substandard, the cartridges all leaked. I returned the entire order. I would never use this company again and am now gun-shy about remanufactured cartridges in general.
