I checked their web site. They did not have some of the Dell ink cartridges I wanted, but they did have the refill kits, which I ordered. The kits came in a few days as promised, and look to be complete and in good condition. I will try them when I need to refill the ink cartridges.

I was very pleased that my order arrived quickly and the process leading to that was easy and I liked the idea that I knew when ordering that my items were in stock.No last minute surprise emails saying items are on BACK order.I would recommend this site to my friends.

Dell has set up a nifty attempt at monopoly of its ink resupply for its printers. They do not have a compatible brand for resupply. That forces you get ink refills/cartridges from dell...and boy are they proud of it$.
Thank you folks so much for allowing me to have a credible alternative to them. I will be ordering from you for a very long time...I hope.

Excellant order processing and tracking: I was kept informed every step along the way of its processing. The item was received in good condition the day after the order was placed. I haven't been able to determine the quality of the product yet since it is a spare item. I will continue, without hesitation, to shop with 4InkJets for similar products.
