The product showed in stock when I placed the order and yet it was back ordered and not shipped. I paid to upgrade my shipping and it did not help because of the back order.
I had to go else where to purchase Ink while waiting on this order to ship.
Other than the delay, the overall experience was good.

We discovered that both a toner cartridge we purchased in February and the one that just arrived were defective. While I wish that was not the case, customer service was extraordinary -- they shipped 2 replacement cartridges that day, and sent return shipping labels/postage for the defective cartridges. There was no haggling, no foot dragging, no suggestion that the first defective cartridge was too old to return -- they were just amazing. Surprised and delighted me -- as great customer service should!

The first order came lickety split and was considerably cheaper than alternate sources. The second order arrived leaking toner, I immediately contacted the company and they sent me notice they were sending a new cartridge and prepaid shipping label before I even got an emailed response. Wow. Great service, great prices, fast shipping, what's not to love?

Future purchases will depend on the quality of the ink since it is not OEM. I'm still waiting my original cartridge to run out of ink. I bought the LD ink cartridges for 2 reasons: 1) It is archival quality and 2) it is 1/3 the price of OEM cartridges. Great service, price and timeliness of shipping.
