After the cartridges were delivered I was surprised to discover they were remanufactured in Mexico, instead of the USA. There was no mention of this on their website. I prefer to buy products made in the USA whenever possible, so this was a disappointment.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Quick shipping and the most important thing, the cartidges worked! I had to spend a couple minutes with a couple of the cartidges for the printer to recognize them, but have had no issues since. Great savings, great experience.

I did not have any real problems in placing my order online
and received my package 4-5 days later. Not sure, but I think that I got the 15% discount? Have installed two cartridges - no problems, doing the job as expected.

I am so happy to discover 4InkJets.
It has been a life saver for me in my hard working money. I used to spend so much money before and used to stay without ink for a long time cause I could not afford the price I used to purchased them. But now I am able to purchased ink more often since I discorver 4InkJet from the Christian greeting e-cards.

I purchased 16 cartridges, the first one tried failed. Contact with company quickly defined the problem as one failed cartridge while the second cartridge tried functioned properly. I was not told what to do with the failed cartridge and I will call again (toll free) to determine the return mechanism. I have since ordered two more cartridges for a different printer and am confident that 4inkjet is saving me money. They have earned my repeat business and so far I am very pleased. The customer service rep that helped me was clear and concise and helpful. He wanted to leave the phone and have me call back as to further problems but when I asked him to remain on line until I resolved issue (bad cartridge) he remained pleasant and did stay. I am so happy that I can order my ink toner on line, and it saves me alot of money buying it on line than it is when I have to purchase it as other stores. I walk with a cane so this makes it so much easier for me. Thanks again. I am pleased to tell all my friends about your company.
