I went to the website and looked for the ink product number. I was given the choice of a new or remanufactured product of which I purchased both plus a refill kit to use with the product. I found the website very easy to find what I wanted. I ordered the products online and received my order in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the website and company and will use it to order again when I need to order ink refills.

I had a 10% discount coming. I didn't realize that I needed to put the code number in. I thought when I went into that web-site that was taken care of. I called customer service. Same result. Too bad.
