When I tried to change my mailing address from billing address, it was very confusing and I had to change many times. Finally the billing and shipping were the addresses I needed.

The estimated delivery was off by one day. Since we were totally out of toner and Staples gets it to us overnight, it was a difficult decision to try a new vendor.
I really can not compare the product until we have used the toner. However, the cost was a fraction of that paid to Staples for basically the same product.

I ordered 14 inkcartridges. My order came quickly, but was missing 4 cartridges, and the 10 that they did send were not the ones for my printer.
My experience with customer server was the worst that I ever had. The person that I spoke to about getting this corrected was rude and unhelpful, forcing me to have to talk to a supervisor.
My advice is to stay clear of this merchant.
