My first time with 4InkJets Nov 2008. My order took two days from the west coast to the east cost. I was doing business with another big company like 4InkJets on the west coast for several years and they failed me big time in Nov. Understand they had changed owners but kept the name of the business. So decided to go with some one else after reading high ratings from Epinions and other websites. I will be coming back to 4Inkjets soon for sure.

Site listed difficult to find aftermarket Epson T069 cartridges at best price I could find. Site indicated item was out of stock so I called their support number to inquire. New stock had arrived so I placed an order. The order was processed and in the mail within 1 hour. Two days later the Priority Mail package arrived. Could not have been a better shopping experience.

I have been a regular customer. I had an order of toner that had 3 out of box failures and 2 toner cartridges actually broke loose in 2 printers and ruined the printers. 4InkJets told me their policy is to not be responsible for what their defective products do. Last time I purchase with them!!!

4Inkjets was so easy! They have everything I needed on their easy to use website, plus for the remanufactured cartridges they didnt have, their OEM's were cheaper than list price!

The delivery time was excellent. The product was correct. I have not yet attempted to contact customer service. I ordered a laser toner cartridge. It arrived having spilled the laser toner out of the cartridge making it impossible to handle without getting it all over everything. I have not yet attempted to see if it can be cleaned off and used. I will probably keep it and attempt to clean it off, only because that may be easier to do than trying to return it. There is no possible way I would order anything else from this outfit or recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered three cartridges. One leaked ink all over, another was a mispick. I understand mistakes, but I sent an e-mail expecting an RMA# or something. I received no response back in return. Do not waste your money!

I bought 10 ink from them for my printer.  It does not work.  I called tech support and they told me to remove the ink and turn the printer off for 15 minutes.  (Thinking I will forget about them)  After that it still does not work.  I called support again.  They said that I should open the other cartrage and try them.  After I tried a few more that still does not work.  They told me because I opened them so They will NOT refund or trade them.  That is a waste of $60 on them.  I guess if your ink work they are good.  If NOT they will NOT stand behind their product.

Have had a very good purchase experience. After an order is placed, this business responds with several e-mail notices to let me know the progress of my order. From confirmation through tracking numbers, it keeps you in the loop. Order arrives within a few days. Will order from it again.

Best prices around. Their generic ink looks as good on paper as its price tag does online. Lighting fast shipping that's free if you spent fifty bucks! You will not beat them, trust me, I stayed up all night looking and it was worth it to find them. I will order a lot more from 4inkjets.com And customer service doesn't get any better either by the way, they answer the phone on the first couple of rings! Keep it up guys!

I was a little worried at first. I ordered Canon CLI series cartridges w/chip. They arrived as schedualed. I have been using them for a week so far and the ink supply is just fine. The colors are excellent. And all this for a third of the retail price. It is a no brainer. I recommend this store highly.

Item was for High Yeild Toner.  What we found by running these that they are actually standard yeild, or less.  Also, bad quality of the rebuild on the cartridges.  We ended up with toner everywhere.  This was not just 1 but all 4 of our color and black cartridges.

I have used 4InkJets for a couple of years. I only had one cartridge problem over many months until the last few months when I've had 3 or 4 failures for the black ink for my Epson Stylus printer. Either the cartridge leaked or in most cases, it failed to print while still showing over 60% loaded. The style of the cartridge was changed just before I began to have frequent failures.
I've had no trouble with the color cartridges nor with customer service sending me replacements. But given the consistent problems I've had, I will no longer use nor recommend this company.

Have purchased cartridges several times from this store. Always received excellent and accurate service. The products worked as well or better than oem and I continue to purchase from them.
