For 7, the answer is MAYBE. I have one VERY big problem with this order. When purchased, the website stated GENERIC, but when I received the items they stated REMANUFACTURED. These mean two VERY different things. Generic is NEW and the same as OEM specifications, remanufactured can mean several things, refilled ink (toner) broken cartridge that was fixed, returned cartridge that was OK, but previous customer perceived not working, etc. You need to FULLY disclose what you are selling. So far, I've only opened the one cartridge, and it has worked OK so far. The other one is a back-up to the cartridge of your one I instaled, and the other I will install when I run out of toner in the printer it will go in. (prints 20K per cartridge, and I print about 5-8K a month, and I think I have 30% remaining, so in about a month to two I will be replacing it with your cartridge) As I said, SO FAR, everything is OK with the installed cartridge, but I am unhappy about the IMPROPER disclosure of exactly what I was buying! The product was crap. The black ink cartridge never worked and I threw it away. The color ink cartridge took several days to begin working and the quality of the ink is mediocre. I won't shop here again. Read more
