Great shipping time, honest prices and decent customer service, but extremely poor quality control. The first cartridge I ordered has no blue then the replacement cartridge they sent made streaks and blotches all over the page, no matter what we tried to do. Sent it back and got a refund. Never again!

4inkjets really does not even deserve 1 star!! Do yourself a favor and order your ink elsewhere.
I decided to give them a shot after reading many favorable reviews. The first order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, come to find out there was an error & no one felt the need to contact me to let me know. I had ordered priority mail as well, so I expected to receive my ink within 1 week, especially living 2 hours south of their warehouse! They were completely unapologetic & their customer service was honestly some of the worst i have had the chance to experience.
I am not an unreasonable person, so i gave them another try, maybe the first was just a mishap, it happens, i understand that completely. Order 2, same thing. They had 1 out of the 18 cartridges on backorder and did not feel the need to inform me. instead I had to track them down & see for myself where my ink was. I called & again their service was awful, it took 15 days for priority shipping two hours away!
Ordered all four colors to restock my company's Lexmark C534, received fast and on time; Magenta and Yellow cartridges streaked pages - faulty cartridges, called company they sent replacements, only yellow streaked again but much less, yellow cartridge handle is broke as I removed from packaging, called company - they almost would not send a replacement, but did. 2 1/2 weeks after receiving the full order my machine says the Cyan is empty?? Called company, person states it's impossible as they weigh the cartridges before they're shipped, and cartridge feels like it still has toner in it - but lets say it's the electronic component that's old or malfunctioning.. manager Danny refused to answer call "because of my previous conversations with customer service" (huh?) and wants me to send all my cartridges back for a full refund. I'm treated like a dishonest customer for their lack of quality. Must be a profitable company when they can fire the customer.
excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT service!! Easy ordering, amazingly fast delivery, and they even send you order tracking via email. My order was exact and I paid $17 less (even with shipping costs) for the same item I was going to purchase at Office Max! I will always purchase from 4inkjets.com in the future. Deb
The merchandise was received quickly, all items in good condition. I was happy to get competetive prices. I was very satisfied with the quality of service I received and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I can honestly say they have become my new ink supplier. Read more

I would give them another chance per question 7. My order was placed on 2/17/08 as of 2/26/08 I have not received purchases. I had to call to find out the items were on B/O. There was no contact that these items were out. This was after 9 days when it was implied that priority mail would be in 3-5 days. They should have somewhere to check online on the order if its in a B/O. But I would give them another chance Read more
