The ink was leaky and as soon as I opened the package it was ALL over putting ink stain on carpet.I contacted them and was told to send it back.I sent it back using their prepinted label they sent via e-mail. A month later theystill have not refunded my money and they asked what carrier I used,tracking number etc.It was their label and they don;t know.The worst most disorganized company with defective products. DO NOT shop with them

Despite a promise to receive my products in 3-5 days, it is has been 10 days and two phone calls later and I still have not received my order. Customer services was only minimally helpful. I am very disappointed in this company.

The only thing that I was really disappointed in was the fact that it took 4 days for someone to respond to my email asking where to return inkjets that did not fit my printer. After waiting two days I went ahead and just mailed them back and then I finally got a call from someone late the following day. No acknowledgement of my email at all was not good business in my opinion.

When I received the ink cartridges that I had ordered in the past, the plastic holder, formerly orange, had been changed and I had the impression that I had received a wrong type of cartridges. I called and was re-assured that they are the same. It would have been nice, if the person I spoke to would have been able to explain the difference that distinguishes the new cartridges from the old. I was able to figure it out, but it took me a while.

I have shopped with 4InkJets before. At first I was cynical they could offer products of comparable quality vs. the big name brands at such low prices, but after using them just once - I'll never buy from anyone else again. The delivery was on tine and the quality of the merchandise was excellent.
