Shopping the web site was easy, the prices are great. Delivery times, however, seem substandard. It seems to take far too long to get the product once the order is placed.

The ink was leaky and as soon as I opened the package it was ALL over putting ink stain on carpet.I contacted them and was told to send it back.I sent it back using their prepinted label they sent via e-mail. A month later theystill have not refunded my money and they asked what carrier I used,tracking number etc.It was their label and they don;t know.The worst most disorganized company with defective products. DO NOT shop with them
