No receipt after 7 days. Called 4inkjets -- 2 of 4 carts not in stock/back ordered. "On a ship coming from China." No notification. No notation on shipping info.

When I received the ink cartridges that I had ordered in the past, the plastic holder, formerly orange, had been changed and I had the impression that I had received a wrong type of cartridges. I called and was re-assured that they are the same. It would have been nice, if the person I spoke to would have been able to explain the difference that distinguishes the new cartridges from the old. I was able to figure it out, but it took me a while.
