First ink cartridge received didn't work.
I returned it for a replacement.
The replacement didn't work either.
At this point, the phoning for an RMA number, packing up the defective unit and driving to the post office, isn't worth the trouble anymore.
2 out of 2 failures is 2 many.

The only thing that I was really disappointed in was the fact that it took 4 days for someone to respond to my email asking where to return inkjets that did not fit my printer. After waiting two days I went ahead and just mailed them back and then I finally got a call from someone late the following day. No acknowledgement of my email at all was not good business in my opinion.

I have shopped with 4InkJets before. At first I was cynical they could offer products of comparable quality vs. the big name brands at such low prices, but after using them just once - I'll never buy from anyone else again. The delivery was on tine and the quality of the merchandise was excellent.

The cartridge arrived in good condition and on the date it was promised. The price was the lowest I have ever paid for a C3900A refurbished unit. I am a computer professional and will highly recommend 4InkJets to my colleagues.

When I received the ink cartridges that I had ordered in the past, the plastic holder, formerly orange, had been changed and I had the impression that I had received a wrong type of cartridges. I called and was re-assured that they are the same. It would have been nice, if the person I spoke to would have been able to explain the difference that distinguishes the new cartridges from the old. I was able to figure it out, but it took me a while.
