I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes on sale at 49.95. I went back a few days later purchase after inquiring about the shoes and the same sale pair of shoes (still on sale) were 75.95--an increase of $25! I asked for an explanation and got none and that they wouldn't honor the original price that I had in the email.

I saw a pair of shoes that was advertised for $29.95. On the shoe's webpage, the price was also listed as $29.95. It looked like a good deal; therefore, I decided to add the pair of shoes to my shopping cart for purchase. After I did all that, I saw my receipt and it showed that my pair of shoe was $51. They did not charge me the price that was listed on the shoe's webpage. I tried contacting them and emailing them, but there was NO response! I ended up canceling my order with the credit card company.

Pretty much the worst thing happened: Opened the box, took out the shoes, found that they are worn, they are dirty, and there is mud! Immediately washed my hands and did the return, which is not free of course.

I purchased a lovely pair of ballet flats from their website and was excited for their arrival. I had the same pair in white in a size 7 so when 6pm had them in brown in a size 7 and for only $15 I was excited. They arrived and were far too big. These shoes were at least a 9. I went to exchange them..NO exchanges! I try to return them...you must pay to return through UPS with a tracking number looking at $9.99 at least for shipping. Then to get another pair I have to pay the $6.95 shipping again. Meaning I just paid almost $30 for my $15 shoes. Unacceptable in this day and age. If their "sister" site Zappos can do free returns, they can!

So happy I found this site. They have great brands of shoes, clothing, and bags.

Order shipped very quick and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping costs were very reasonable considering the amount of time I received my order in. I've paid twice as much in shipping and gotten much slower service.

I got an email next day after I purchased a bulova watch and then got the actual package only 48 hours later. Plus the price was one of the lowest ones (within serious companies). I will be purchasing from them again.
