Very professional. Received email confirmation both of the order and of shipping. Received the vacuum within a few days in perfect condition. They even included extra bags, filters and attachments that I hadn't anticipated. Shipping was free and quick. I didn't have a need to contact them about anything because it was all so quick and simple.

In one word, Excellent buying experience. Knowledgeable staff, very helpful, and friendly. The salesperson actually went to physically check that the item I wanted was in stock. I would recommend these kind folks to anybody.
I ordered my vacuum cleaner on Wednesday and received it on Friday. That is quick from Texas to Tenn.

Ordered a Hoover Spinscrub on 1/26/07, shipped 1/27/07. Unfortunately UPS delivered to wrong address. Called ABC Vacuum and was told they would investigate and call me back. Within 45 minutes they called and confirmed that indeed UPS had delivered to the wrong address and I should have the machine the next day. Great follow-up by ABC!

Ordered a Whirlpool clothing steamer from this vendor. I could not determine if stock was available on the website, placed the call, got a representative immediately, and placed the order over the phone. Got a order confirmation email within hours, but did not receive a follow up advising of shipment. Called again and after a prolonged wait, got a tracking number. This 30 lb item arrived in original box in good condition.

I've, thus far, bought two things from ABC Vacuum Warehouse. Both orders were processed & shipped quickly. One was shipped to an address different from my billing address, which sometimes complicates the ordering process with other vendors. Not so with ABC. I'm very satisfied with both orders.

Fast delivery. Great selection of quality vacuums. Good deals. They also offer warranties to go with their products, that double up on the manufacturer warranty. Now that's just awesome.

This is outstanding company. They quote best price plus free shipping. I recently bought an air purifier from ABC vacuums after my order was canceled by AMAZON without giving any reason a week after I placed it.  ABC’s price was $100 less than the Amazon’s price plus free shipping. ABC carried the Whirlpool air purifier I was looking for at the best price I could find with no sales tax or shipping. The item arrived exactly when ABC said it would and in perfect condition. Perfect, no surprises.

I am very pleased with my experience with ABC Vacuum Warehouse. I ordered a refurbished Dyson for $200 less than the retail price. It was delivered 2 days after I placed the order. The vacuum did not function properly, so I called the customer service number listed on their website and was able to speak to somebody immediately. They gave me shipping instructions and contacted
UPS right away to pick up the vacuum from my house (all I had to do was repackage it and hand it to the UPS driver). My replacement vacuum was delivered 2 days after my call to them. It works great and I couldn't be happier with my experience with ABC Vacuum Warehouse!

Excellent on-line shopping experience. ABC Vacuum was friendly and answered the phone, on Saturday, no less. Prompt shipment; I had my Eureka cyclone in 3 days. Wow!! I can say I am impressed with the Eureka 4D upright as well. Great duster attachment; and I hate dusting. I will deal with ABC when the opportunity presents itself again.

I messed up the order form and they actually sent me an email with a toll free number to call. They were efficient and friendly. I received my vacuum in the time specified and it was free delivery too.
