Horrible service. I ordered a pair of size 9 boots online. They shipped me size 7 pumps. I emailed them telling of the mistake. They sent me a shipping label to return the shoes for free. Which I do.Two weeks later, still no refund. I email asking

Don't order Aerosoles shoes through their official web site. Shipping is very, very slow (you have to wait 2 weeks), customer service is awful and I returned a pair of shoes and never received my refund. Don't get me wrong, their shoes are awesome.

Never again will I be tempted by the discounts on the website! Even if you receive a confirmation email, the items may not be shipped because they are out of stock and no one will bother to let you know. I received one pair of shoes that looked like
