Swift Delivery, i got what i ordered, didn't have to use customer service but they seem easy to get a hold of, overall satisfaction: Excellent!!

Unsatisfactory experience.
One week after I ordered a vaccuum cleaner, I received a phone call that my address "did not match" . My credit card company said they had approved the transaction & the problem lay with AMNSales. There was no problem with my credit card nor my address. 6 phone calls & numerous e-mails- which were not responded to- I cancelled my order.
A waste of at least 2 hours of my time.

I bought a refurbished Panasonic DMRE80H DVD Recorder/Player from AMNsales. The product was packed well (original packing from the factory refurb) and arrived in a few days via UPS. I paid for insurance but saw no markings on the UPS label that it had been insured. Their customer service was prompt and professional in answering emails, and explained that they use a different insurer than UPS. The price was very good, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

To all of you who are looking for a great online company. This is the one. I got exactly what I ordered, shipping was free, the order was shipped the same day, and the price beat any other company I found. As soon as the order was shipped by UPS, I received the tracking number by e-mail. If you are still not sure if you should do business with this company check out their store and ratings on ebay.com. They do most of their business there and have thousands of great reviews.

Wow, wonderful site and product! I made a mistake entering my credit card info, but I called AMN and a very courteous staff member corrected it right away. I received my product the next day! I ordered my blender on a saturday, and received it on the following Wednesday. I was so impressed at how quick it arrived. Usually when I order items online, they arrive about a week later. I saved money and had my blender in time for making drinks for my Mexican theme party. Thanks for a good sale and a prompt ship.

Didn't know what to expect as their product range was REALLY diverse. However, their amazing low prices prompted me to give them a try. To my surprise, my shredder shipped on the day the order was sent, and UPS delivered it in timely fashion. This store did not deal with me fairly. I had purchased a cordless phone online for a certain price, and completed the order. I received a phone call 2 days later, saying my order was on hold because of a price discrepancy. When I called back, after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, they refused to give me the price that I had purchased the item for online (I have an email confirmation of the product and price). They said to get the product I would meed to pay a new (80% higher!)rate. They said it was the web designers fault, and they were not willing to work with me. I was very disappointed and will not use this company again.

Low price, fast delivery. I saved $50 over the same product in Amazon. Didn't need to call customer service either.

I went to purchase this camcorder at $199.95 and when I hit the link to purchase the price jumped to $369.95! WOW!!!

I bought a central Vacuum system through AMN and the price was great and delivery was good but service has been terrible. I have had three problems with the unit and now they are telling me to deal directly with the manufacturer. But the Manufacturer says all warranty work has to go through AMN. Hayden also says you should never buy through the internet, because warranty work takes so much longer. Very slow customer service.

Ordered a shredder online that weighed 100 pounds. After the order was placed, I received a call to confirm and to inform me that if I wanted the shredder taken off the delivery truck is was going to cost $75 more. If I wanted it delivered inside the building it was going to cost an additional $50.
