I felt the need to place a review, because all of the 1-star ratings made me wonder if this was even a legit operation.

They are SLOW to ship. Do NOT trust claims that product will be shipped same day. We placed an order Sunday night and the product arrived Saturday morning. Given the nature of what they're selling, they should be more responsible and either revise their shipping claims, or make good on their promises.

On the positive, the product DID arrive as expected, at a great price. I might order from them again for low importance items if I can't find comparable pricing elsewhere.

My rescue dog suffers from severe anxiety during thunderstorms, and we use a D.A.P. collar to help control her anxiety without meds. We weren't really sure how much it helped until we hit thunderstorm season, and didn't have one because we had left it when we boarded her. I placed the order with Absolutelypets because they had a 2-3 business day delivery guarantee. It arrived 6 business days later, despite my call. Because my dog was suffering in the interim, I had to get a prescription from the vet for tranquilizers for $13, so my $48 order really cost me $56, which includes the refund from absolutelypets for the shipping fee when I complained.

It was very easy to order online, and fast delivery. Lowest price I've seen anywhere for this product. Very happy with experience.

Do not buy from here. I did because I trusted that Amazon stores were safe. I ordered Welcatin for my dog. The first shipment never arrived. I contacted them and they resent. When I went to actually use it a few days later, I discover it expired in Aug 2006! This was Oct 2008! Just over two years later! I contacted the 800# for the company that makes Welactin. The rep said AbsolutelyPets is NOT an authorized reseller. This means they could not have come by the product in legitmate means.

This is just my opinion, but given the condition of the packaging, I have to wonder if they go it out of the trash!

Do NOT buy anything from this company!

Ordered dog skin shampoo , etc on 6/13 , to date ( 6/25 ) nothing received . C/S  was looking into shipment , no reply to e mails after 1st and do not pick up phone to answer questions on status ( block number ??? ) . Called my C/C  company for full Chargeback to Seller . 
Prices seem to be best on line but if nothing shows up might as well be free . Also my dog still suffering from dry skin issue and this experience just  made me purchase somewhere else and he had to suffer extra 10 days .

I ordered some products for a friend of mine in Fla. Order never came. Made an order for myself in Pa. Order never came. I think they are a fraud and maybe just collecting information on clients for future use.
