I bought the Foldable Multimedia Speaker [SP02] w/ Built-in Charger for iPod, White on: 11/25/2007 Order Number: yhst-98719117623636-40688, when I received the package it was in horrible condition and the Speaker set is used.

I can’t belief you are selling used product as new, it’s not only illegal, its incredibly wrong.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I won an auction from them and when checking out, I also added a few other things. When my package arrived, it did not contain a single item from my order, but instead was some junk items. When I contacted them, they told me to ship it back to them at my expense and they would send out my order. I insisted that they send my order immediately and that is they want their junk back, they need to send a post paid, self addressed envelope to me with my order and I would gladly send it back. Their response was to tell me that they sent my order already - which in reality was the junk they sent me and not my real order. Complete run around. Going through the process now with Paypal to try to get my money back.

I never received the cable I ordered, my Visa was billed. They wouldn't respond to my emails. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AccStation They are a RIP OFF.

Do not use this company.  I purchased items for my childrens PSP's, none of the items worked, I contacted customer service, they refused to return any of the items due to their 30 day return policy. They acknowledeged the wrong items had been sent, I explained they were Christmas presents and could not be opened and used before that time, they did not care!!   I wanted to speak to a manager, I did not talk to one but was told the manager agreed the items could not be returned, even though none of them worked.  The items involved the t.v. hook up cables and car chargers.  I explained that I would have to write a poor review for their poor service, again they did not care.  I understand return policies but when it is over the Chistmas season there should be some common sense involved. Do your self a favor and stay away from Accstation.

When I called the number they have listed no one picks up the phone. I hope this company shuts down quick before other have the same problems.

Sent me wrong item. I asked them to overnight correct item due to time sensitive nature of needing the battery for baby being born any day. They have been giving me run around for weeks now--baby was born 2 weeks ago and they just contacted me to say they are shipping me the part. But I told them 2 weeks ago to refund me I already have the part and do not want the part.

Trying to get my money back with paypal dispute. They ignored/did not read my emails and didn't give a crap about my situation. They told me from the beginning to wait for weeks even though it was time sensitive and they knew it. $32 wasted and i had to go buy it at Best Buy.

they are a shameless. You should see their responses to me disregarding what I told them--slapping me in face over and over. I still can't believe this.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a replacement camcorder battery. The invoice in the box listed the order accurately, but the box only contained some incompatible battery chargers. The only item I ordered was the camcorder battery, and it wasn't in the package. I contacted their customer services department, and asked them to ship the battery to me by express mail, as I was leaving on a vacation, and needed the battery. They completely ignored my request and instead emailed me a "form" letter instructing me to send the junk back that I did not order, at my expense. So now they have my money, and I have no battery for my camcorder, and won't be able to get one before leaving for vacation. A very disappointing experience indeed. I will never buy anything from Accstation again.

Customer service is terrible. Same canned email responses to inquiry. Product is crappy (adapter broke on the first use)...guess you get what you pay for. BTW, all positive comments seem to be on the same day...hmm, guess that's where the customer service people spend their time. Don't buy from this place as it has neither service or quality.
