When I bought the Kyocera Lingo it was a complete impulse purchase. I never stopped to think that I should read some reviews of it [no, its not listed at Epinions] or at the very least see if it was worth the $200.00 price tag. Long story short, ...

Ordered LG phone case on Wed Jan 10, 2007 evening. Shipped with USPS 1st class mail on Jan 12, 2007. Received on Jan 17 morning, but it was not the same as the picture shown on the website. It had similar features with that advertised on the website, but definitely not the same. Either the wrong pictures were posted on the website, or it was out-of-stock, and a substitute was sent to me. I also checked on other websites for the substitute, and it was sold around the similar price range. So, I didn't feel it was a bait-and-switch. I didn't return it -- I'm keeping it. Overall, I'm slightly disappointed, but not unhappy -- the substitute is OK.

I ordered a face plate for my phone and they contacted me a couple of days later indicating that it will be delayed. A week later, I receive a package from them with a different face plate. I guess they figured that they can pick another one and send it to me if they want. Do not buy from them.

HORRIBLE, THEY SEND U DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND THEN TAKE MONTHS TO CREDIT BACK YOUR MONEY, I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN

free shipping, if i get the product, UNUSED, then i will continue to shop here, but i have had trouble with receiving cell phone products used, from other websites, so if this one check out, i will def be back for more cell phone shopping

I ordered two products because they had a good price and were both in stock. The order was supposedly shipped 2-1/2 weeks ago, and I have not received it. They do NOT respond to customer service inquiries by e-mail with the "speed of lightning" as their web site claims. They just don't respond at all. I called four days ago. They said that they would reship the items. I called again today. They reshipped one of them, but the other one is on back-order and won't be shipped until Monday. With my schedule, I won't be able to pick up my stuff at the shipping address until next Saturday or if it doesn't com, another week later. I hear "I'm sorry" a lot, but no one offers to do anything like REFUND MY MONEY. As I said, they don't respond to e-mails and the hold time on the phone is terrible. I think that they owe me some kind of refund for the horrible customer service I have received.

I purchased a car charger for my cell phone through Accessory Geeks on August 11th, 2006. Upon receiving the charger it failed to work at all so I researched how to return the product for an exchange or refund, (which was to email them for an RMA#, (Returned Merchandise Authorization #)), three times, but never received any response. I tried emailing their main customer service number with my complaint, again no response. I''ve tried calling twice, the first time being put on hold for such a long time that I finally gave up, the second time I was told someone would call me back shortly with the number, (that was over a week ago.) The product in question was only $10.99 and I just want my money back and they can have their faulty merchandise back as well.

I made an order for a birthday gift. It was back ordered and was informed that it will be in stock within 1-2 days. It has been 3 weeks and is still not in stock. Customer service is not very helpful, they just string you along telling you every time you call it will be in stock in 2 days. This company is unreliable, not trustworthy, and is a waste of time. I have to say this is my worst online shopping experience.

Ordering was so easy and user friendly. They have so many different types of accessories for my Motorola Razr! It's like accessory heaven or something. To top it off, I didn't even pay for shipping or tax!! I only paid for what I wanted. I got my order in just 2 days, and everything came in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will most certainly come back and order again!

Accessory Geeks shipped me the wrong item.  Email correspondence was a complete disconnect - responding about a totally different item.  They finally sent me a return number, wanted me to pay postage to return the product and wanted me to pay a 15% restocking fee.  And the packaging had to be in perfect condition - well I did have to open the package to wee the wrong item!  DO NOT buy here.  Take your $$'s elsewhere!

orded 2/1/2 moths ago and still never recieved money back or replacment after a lot of atempts to get one or other, I'll do my shopping at New York Cell again least they stand behind their word and product!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience. Ordered Christmas item on 12/2. On 12/5 they sent email saying it was SHIPPED. On 12/17 and 12/18 I sent emails to them to ask why I hadn't yet received it. No response. On 12/20 I called. I was informed that THEY had a problem with THEIR vendor not delivering. Yet no one called or emailed me about I product I was told had already SHIPPED. I asked to speak with a manager (after already being on hold for 10 minutes waiting on the first person.....) and was put on hold for another 10 minutes...and then sent to someone's voice mail. I left my contact information. It's 12/21 and I'm no longer at the address they had 3 weeks to deliver to. Oh, and NO ONE has bothered to call me back.

I will NEVER do business with these folks again. It's great to have a low price, but if you misrepresent your ability to deliver a product and don't bother to respond to your customers, it's NO BARGAIN.

Beware of this company. I think it's great that all these others had good experiences- just hope that you aren't someone who doesn't.....they just don't seem to care!

Their customer service are perfect, and I received my order within 2 days. And I am really satisfied with the product!

I ordered and paid with Paypal over $100.00 of items on 7/2/07 from AccessoryGeeks.com. I was notified on 7/3/07 that 1 of the 5 items in my order was on back order and the entire order was being held until it came in. I was advised that most back ordered items ship within 24-48 hours. Well, today is 7/17/07 and still no order and no email advising that my order has been shipped. I took their recommendation to use Live Chat and inquired about my order. I was told by the CS my order would be shipped out this Friday via UPS ground. I made a suggestion: do what other companies I buy from do... ship WHAT is in stock then ship back ordered items as they come in. I was then asked if wanted a partial order shipped to me???!! Duh! do ya think?!! I am dumb founded that a company which relies upon customer service would be this lacking.Lastly,even when I mentioned in my Live Chat that an apology goes a long way...I did not receive one...I was simply told to Have a nice Day! They lost me as a repeat customer.
