 They dont stand behind their prodcuts.

Customer service stinks. They wouldn't replace $10 worth of stainless steel flatware - that was stamped with their name/brand - that rusted. The guy in charge said that's what happens when metal gets wet!

 Avoid it if you are in the Northeast and have to rely on UPS.

Ace Mart Restaurant Supply exclusively uses UPS. The worst shipping company in my part of America. Since shipping and receiving is 80% of an on-line order, that makes a pleasant telephone demeanor and order tracking a very insignificant part of customer service and satisfaction.

The items I purchase arrived is good condition, and were just as they were supposed to be (accurate representation online). The price was very comparable to other vendors and the delivery was quick--within a week.
