I ordered 3 Ateco 18" plastic coated pastry bags, along with 3 Ateco 21" plastic coated pastry bags, and one 21" Ateco canvas pastry bag. First when I received my order, the box it was shipped in was torn and damaged, then taped on the sides. Second, when I opened the box and compared it to the invoice, I noticed that instead of (3 ) 21" plastic coated pastry bags and one 21" canvas bag, I received 4 plastic coated pastry bags. My invoice read in the description the 21" plastic coated bags #3121,which is also clearly printed on the packaging itself. The 21" canvas bag description on the invoice is listed item #3221, but I instead have a bag with # 3121 printed on the package, a sticker slapped on it that says it's canvas, but it's very obvious that it is the same bag. Yet, I was charged more for this particular bag. I tried contacting Acemart by phone during business hours, then unsucessfully tried to reach them through online customer service, twice, only to wait for 5 minutes,and have a screen come up telling me to email them, which I did and have yet to receive a response. The website is very user friendly, the search feature actually pulls up what you are looking for. The prices are below other commercial kitchen suppliers. The ability to pay with PayPal is very helpful - especially if you are new business who does not have a line of credit extended to you in the form of a credit card. I found what I wanted, but still haven't received it. It's on backorder, a little disappointing. I checked 4 or 5 other sites and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I was pleased I could get the container I was looking for at a reasonable price. Now it waould be nice to get my order.
