I was very impressed with both the price and selection of your various size Wine Glasses. Unfortunately 2 of the 24 Glass Stems [bases] were broken clean off the vessel themselves. I am being credited for those 2 that were broken.

All aspects of my buying experience with ACE were great. I ordered from them because of the product selection and well organized website; product info was good too, even including dimensions which I found helpful.
I DID have trouble locating similar products again on returning to the site... maybe they were out of stock.

Not happy with this company. Had contacted customer service twice regarding this order. It was placed on 6/17 and not released until 6/24. Order finally received on 6/29. Shipper wouldn't bring order into the building. Won't ever order from this company again.

I ordered and paid for a food warmer $350.00, no where on the website did it say the item would have to be back ordered. They called me the next working day, and informed me it would be at least 2-3 week before they were expecting it and then another 2 or so weeks before I would receive it. I needed this item asap as the one I had in my restaurant was not working right. Now I have my money out there not available for me to purchase anything else. No-I am not happy, if the item was not in stock they should have to tell you that on the website when you place on order and not after you have paid for it.
