have never had to deal with the delivery of a product with the firm you use would not tell anyone to use them dont know if you use them since they are cheaper but the quality of our product was so poor when we got it ....now we cant open the nacho machine till we get the product new....

The only problem that I have with Ace Mart Restaurant Supply is that they only ship via UPS. I my area of the country, UPS is the most unreliable, infuriating source of shipping. Thus, it took two weeks and $$ to receive one box of Guest Checks. That is unacceptable. Since shipping and receiving is 80% of an on-line ordering service. That make's ACE Mart unaceptable.

I was not told the form of shipping that would be used. I was given a tracking number, but the DHL system did not appear to be up-to-date and I was not able to follow the progress of the package. I received the merchandise within a week of ordering, however, which I felt was quite acceptable.

This was exactly what we wanted, and in the color we wanted as well. The price was much cheaper than the poor booster seats Babies R Us tries to pawn on unwitting parents too. We are extremely happy and thinking of ordering much more from Ace Mart.
