Ace Mart needs to put the order status on the website under the account. It is strange that they push being an internet site but use the telephone for responses to order problems. Why not put a message on the login account?

It wasn't packed very well, but since it was made of steel maybe they didn't think it would matter. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience, and the product is excellent.

Wanted specific item. Found it at Google (or Froogle), went directly to merchant, placed order. Very neat and efficient. Order was not shipped for 4 days. But it was a small order, and arrived in 2 days, although the on-line tracking said 3 days. I like receiving the tracking number.

The sheet pan was dented. I e-mailed Ace Mart and they got back to me right away. They apologized and asked me if it was okay if they credited me back the amount of the pan. I told them okay. They got back to me again.
This company is fantastic! I will definitely do business with them again. They were prompt, polite, caring, etc. Shipping was lightning quick. I can't say enough good things about them.
