The sheet pan was dented. I e-mailed Ace Mart and they got back to me right away. They apologized and asked me if it was okay if they credited me back the amount of the pan. I told them okay. They got back to me again.
This company is fantastic! I will definitely do business with them again. They were prompt, polite, caring, etc. Shipping was lightning quick. I can't say enough good things about them.

My shopping experience was very good. The only problem that came up is that one of the sheet pans was dented. It appears as though the box that it was shipped in was crushed. Overall a good experience. I will more then likly be ordering a lot more items in the future.

The web site was easy to negoitate, I found what I was looking for and was pleased that the tiny little photo was expandable to give me a better look.

I never thought that I would be able to find what I was looking for at a price that I could afford for my party, but Ace Mart had what I wanted and for a significantly lower price than any other merchant available on-line or off!

Ace Mart Resturant Supply has many products a large facility would require. However, I found the exact type of sugar pourer I wanted and was able to buy two for less than the cost of shipping! I am glad they were able to fill my small order without complaint.
