Ace Mart's website was very easy to follow and use friendly. I had searched the internet for other commercial toasters and found very few that were reasonably priced. Your company supplied me with what I needed, at a price that was affordable. I will definitely recommend Ace Mart and shop there in the future. Thank you.

excellent professional products at reasonable prices. I had thought that the product was in stock and would be shipped quickly but never recieved the confirmation e-mail that it had been sent. I almost canceled the order but it showed up that day. Otherwise a good experience and would try to order again

I received an initial confirmation e-mail of the purchase of my order but I did not receive an e-mail informing me as to how my order was to be shipped or what was the expected delivery date. I did not receive an e-mail as to when my order was actually shipped. I had to call Ace-Mart and have them find the order and tell me when it was shipped but they did not have the tracking numbers for the trucking company. Other than that the web site is easy to negotiate and the product was delivered in a timely fashion. The communication, however, was not good.
