I erroneously ordered 55 of the wrong type of bun pans on a Friday evening, paid with my credit card, and felt good about the transaction I had just completed via "E" Commerce.
I realized my mistake when I saw the Ace Mart EMail confirming my order on Saturday morning. I tried to call their customer service but I was outside of their published available service hours.
I called an Ace Mart store in Texas (I got their telephone number from a google search) on Saturday to try to stop the wrong order from being shipped.
Even though the person at the store I called was not responsible for handling my problem, he spent significant time with me to make sure that the problem would be resoved Monday. He gave me the correct number to call on Monday to resolve the problem. I called that number and all was resolved to my satisfaction even though Ace Mart did everything right the first time.
I told the person I had called Monday that my service expectatons were really exceeded by their genuine empathy for my situation and that I would look to Ace Mart first from now on.

I was sending a gift out of state and my only negative comment is that the shipping fee was not quoted on the website. It turned out to be 25% of the purchase price! A bit steep in my estimation.

I made a mistake in completing the on-line order and sent an email request to fix and followed up with a phone call. They had already acted upon my email request and handled my mistake with grace and professionalism. Loved ordering from them and will again.

I had no problem with ordering from this merchant. The company confirmed receipt of my order via e-mail. This company also e-mailed thi date of shipment, along with my tracking number and included return instructions if neded.

I loved shopping at Ace Mart. They have everything that I needed and others that I didn't even knew I needed until I saw it on their website. I love the prices and the quality of the product are the very best. WAY TO GO ACE MART!!!!

I was having a hard time finding a place that had Irish Coffee Mugs in stock and other places I contacted were really rude. The woman I spoke with at AceMart was really friendly and helpful. I have found that the majority of online vendors I have used have horrible customer service when you actually have to speak to a live person. The people that I end up talking to either don't know what they are doing or are really short and rude. It was refreshing to finally speak to someone who knew what was going on and didn't act as if I were inconveniencing her. The shipment arrived earlier than I had anticipated and in almost perfect condition (there were some broken glasses, but I would blame that on the shipper, not AceMart.)
