Table arrived in good form earlier than I anticipated. Only problem was getting directions to the truck driver so he could find our location. Everyone at Ace Mart was very helpful in contacting the truck driver through the shipping company.

Simple and quick ordering on their website. Great price on item purchased compared to other sites. One mistake - Mailing label did not have the name of the person it was supposed to go to, just the company name repeated twice.

The only problem I have is there were no directions on how to use the item. I have never used one before and it seemed simple enough, but the attachments were a little confusing.

1) The picture and the description online is deceiving.
It talks about a worktable, Stainless steel, but actually only the table top is stainless steel while the bottom shelf and the legs are just galvanized or coated steel.
2) The shipping and handling cost was too high.
3) The table top arrived with a visible dent, since the shipping box was in good condition it looks like it was packaged already with the dent.
4) The welding of the legs and the table top was not covered with paint, but just exposed black welding.
5) I still did not get an answer about the damaged top.
I believe I'm entitled to a refund to compensate for the damage. I emailed 2 digital pictures showing the damaged table top and left also a voice message, but did not get any response yet.

We made an order but have not received it. We were told at the tiorder that we would be contacted regarding shipping costs. They have not contacted us. We have tried to reach ACEMART through their website multipal times - but have not received any responce.

The flatware I selected to order was received quickly. I did not realize the bouillon spoons would be too shallow for my purpose. Instructions to return the merchandize came with the package, and directed me to call a toll free number to authorize a return. The gentleman on the phone was competent and courteous, and suggested that I could make the return at an Ace store, or by return shipping. I was unaware that a store was within a reasonable distance of my residence. The return was done at the store, and I ended up buying even more items there. Thanks for the fine service.

Web site was pretty well organized...it would have been nice to be able to see better quality images of itmes.
Follow-up to approve shipping charges was prompt and did not appear to slow the order process. Prices were great...still waiting to see if quality measures up (itmes were listed as 4-6 week delivery.

Not all of the items that we use, but you have in stock, are on the website. Possibly because only certain stores carry these items, I don't know. However there is some confusion created when I have to make a call to have these added to my order. Hope this helps, we really like the convenience of online ordering at EZ's #4 in Dallas.
