I accidentally made a double order - they phoned me within 10 minutes and sorted everything out. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I received my order in a couple of days, and I live on the East Coast! Their prices were the best I found after quite extensive research and I found the website easy to use. Overall they are great, and I intend to use them again. There is one very popular traditional remedy they don't presently carry, and I am going to see if they are willing to do so. I wish they carried bulk western herbs!

Ok. The delivery was quite fast. No complaint about it.  But I ordered two kinds of Chinese herbs. Then I noticed one of them is not the same as what I ordered. I called and was told that the label was printed wrongly, but the medicine inside should be the same as I ordered. I went to their website and checked the ingrediants, and found that the contents are different between what's on the bottle and what's on the website. They told me that I can take the medicine and it should not hurt me. Ok, does it make sense?  So they told me to throw the bottle away. Just to be cautious, I looked at the other herb I got, and compared the labelled ingrediants with the one listed online, and long and behold, they are different! Not 100%, but you know, you have to be careful with what you eat, especially medicine! So I do not think this is a good place to order Chinese herbs, and I will never come back to it again!
